A guide to a nutritious pre-wedding diet

Welcome to my very first blog post ever. I’m so excited to be here and can’t wait to share: what’s on my mind, nutrition + wellness info/tips/tricks/musings, and whatever else happens to come up. Thank you so much for reading along!

First things first: I’ve come to realize that when I tell people I do “bridal nutrition” they don’t always understand what I mean. If you’re also curious - it means nutrition + wellness for brides-to-be who want to look and feel the best they ever have on their wedding day.

Sounds like a no brainer, right? I think all brides-to-be want to look and feel their best on their wedding day. The problem is, they don’t quite know how.

That’s where I come in. To teach them how to achieve their wellness goals in a HEALTHY, SUSTAINABLE way. No crash diets, weird cleanses, or 1,000 calories per day welcome here.

Ladies, you can look amazing and also eat. You can nourish your body in a way that allows you to feel energized & clear-headed. There is no need to deprive yourself and spend your engagement feeling hungry, tired, grumpy, and apathetic. You can look better than you thought was possible on your wedding day but also FEEL incredible.

This is a time in your life to be celebrated and enjoyed, and in my humble opinion, you can only fully enjoy it if you’re taking care of yourself. Otherwise - the pressures, stress, overwhelm, and to-do lists can start to take over. And I know that’s not what you want.
