Who is your coaching
for?
My packages are designed for the bride-to-be who is truly ready and excited to make long lasting and sustainable lifestyle shifts to improve her health, look and feel better than ever before, and walk down the aisle as an elevated version of herself. My clients are ready to embrace mindful living and mindful eating practices, are dedicated and committed to prioritizing their self care, and understand that there is no better time than while planning their dream wedding to invest in themselves in this way. (And, if you’re curious — they tend to air on the side of nontraditional, boho, and non-cookie cutter. We’re always a match made in heaven.)
Will I lose weight?
Most likely, yes. Simply by removing inflammatory foods and adding in nourishing ones, your body should fall into its natural balance. However, keep in mind that this depends largely on whether or not you actually have weight to lose and on your own dedication to making a change. I encourage you to stay open to and curious about how your body responds over the course of working together.
How long does it take to see & feel results?
This will be different for everyone. It takes time to form new habits, and I want to help you make a sustainable lifestyle shift. I’m not going to do a complete overhaul after our first session; I want to work together to understand where your stopping point is, and to then work through that to find what’s realistic and sustainable for you. That all being said, if you really show up and do the work, you can expect to see and feel shifts and results quite quickly!
can my fiancé do this with me?
Absolutely! All of my packages have an “add fiancé” option for couples who want to embark on this journey together. (And I can’t recommend it enough!)
where are you based?
I’m currently back and forth between NYC + Austin. But I work virtually, so no matter where you live we can work together!
