I’m passionate about helping brides-to-be make lifestyle changes that last by finding their unique picture of attainable wellness.

I’m Hanna Sender, founder of Bride and Bliss. My wellness journey started in 2015, when after many months of feeling like I was simply not thriving in my body, I discovered holistic nutrition and became a functional nutritional therapy practitioner through the Nutritional Therapy Association.

From there, my fascination with all things wellness began to unfold, and has continued to evolve beyond what I ever would have imagined; it’s now been years of un-peeling the layers of misinformation I once believed to be true, immersing myself in the discovery of new wellness modalities, becoming fascinated with spirituality + how it plays into our full picture of wellbeing -- and with each new element implemented, gaining more clarity on what wellness actually means to me.

I’ll tell you one thing I know for sure: wellness isn’t linear. It’s 2 steps forward, 1 step back, and then a step to the right that takes you down an entirely new path you never could have predicted. When we try to force ourselves down the linear road we’re often disappointed; when we embrace the twists and turns, new paradigms open up.

I believe whole-heartedly that wellness requires the integration of mind, body, and soul. I’ve learned how to integrate these facets of wellness into my life in a way that’s sustainable + attainable for me, and it’s my honor to support others in doing the same.

 Core Values

01

keep it simple

Optimal wellness + wellbeing is available to each and every one of us - but the more we overcomplicate it, the less attainable it feels. Let’s get back to basics, simplify the things that feel overwhelming, and learn what makes us thrive in a way that feels realistic, sustainable, + achievable.

02

abundance over restriction

What you focus on, you create more of. When you focus on restriction and lack, that’s what you see. This is about shifting your focus to all of the abundance that becomes available to you when you start to value + prioritize your health, wellness, nutrition, and personal growth.

03

you know best

Everybody is different, and every body is different. Only you can truly know what feels aligned for you and makes you feel good; on the flip side, you know best when something doesn’t sit so well. When you get in tune with your body’s signals, everything else begins to fall into place.
